How is the installment payment method?

• The Tamara service divides the amount of the bill for you in 3 installments, the first payment you pay when purchasing, which is a third of the amount, the second payment after a month, and the last after a month.
• For example, the bill came to you 300 riyals, you pay 100 riyals upon purchase, then 100 riyals in a month, and after a second month, 100 riyals. Without any interest or fees.

What are the terms of use of Tamara?

• You live in Saudi Arabia, the Emirates or Kuwait, and you are 18 years old or over.

Is there a fee?

• There is no charge for using the Tamara service provided you pay on time. Please see details of the delay fee below.

How do I pay?

• You can pay using a debit card (mada), Apple Pay, or a credit card.

What happens if you don't pay?

• Tamara charges a late fee if the customer pays on time. The delay fee is 25 riyals every 15 days, and the maximum is 150 riyals. Tamara solutions are Shariah compliant.

What information do I need at the time of payment?

• You need your mobile number, identity information and payment method information.

Can I pay Tamara Badri?

• naturally. You can pay for your purchases through your Tamara account.

Why did you refuse my request from Tamara?

The application is rejected for several reasons, including:

1. Your bank card does not support online purchases.
2. Existence of financial stumbles with a bank, telecommunications company, or entities registered in SIMAH/Al-Etihad Credit Bureau/Credit Information Network Company (SAY-NET).
3. You have unpaid amounts with Tamara.
4. The application is rejected by our risk program, which depends on several factors including the purchase and its value.
5. Your order amount is higher than the allowed limit. If the reasons mentioned do not apply to you, we advise you to try again with a different card.

Why can't I choose Tamara when paying?

• The value of your purchases is less than the permissible limit or above the permissible limit
