The First Professional uses high-quality printing devices that will show a wide range of colors with high accuracy, so any defects in the image may be evident in the printing, so please choose a high-quality image.

First Professional does not modify the content of your request in any way, the customer is responsible for reviewing his request before sending it and we do not bear any responsibility for any errors made by the customer. Also, “First Professional” will not modify your photos by repairing using colors, but you are responsible for doing so, except in the event of a design modification request, and this entails paying the value of the modification.

Any design that is done by the first professional must be reviewed by the customer. After reviewing and approving its printing, the customer is not entitled to request a refund, free printing, or discounts in case an error appears after printing. Thus, the customer bears the costs of reprinting and modifying the design, if necessary.

It is not possible to cancel the application or claim a refund after completing the printing process.

In the event that the customer does not receive the order within a period of time not exceeding 30 days from the date of completing the order, the product will be destroyed without any liability towards the “first professional”, and the customer is not entitled to refund any amounts related to the order.

We are not responsible for any error in the detail level provided by the customer for the order shipping data. Also, cases of loss or errors at the level of delivery are not a valid reason for cancellation or return.

We also do not consider the following cases as a valid reason for canceling or refunding the amount paid: The length of the design and printing period, shipping delays, or delivery delays.
