Changes in specifications and designs may be subject to change in prices or delivery time.


It is not possible to change the request after starting the printing process. In the event of an amendment request, please contact customer service in advance before starting to implement the request. We will attempt to amend your request if printing has not yet begun.


If the customer requests to change the place of receipt, there may be a delay in receiving or an increase in the cost.


No design bearing the logo of a government entity or any private entity shall be printed without an authorization letter signed and stamped by the concerned entity.


Implementation of printing products and seals for any entity requires sending a copy of the commercial register and the identity of the owner or an official authorization letter addressed to the first professional.


Printing books or any other publications requires a copy of the rights certificate, approval from the Ministry of Information, and an authorization letter for the first professional.


The execution of orders may be started on the same day or the next day, depending on the work pressure. Therefore, the customer is not entitled to request a refund after the execution of the request has begun.


We deliver the publications through approved shipping companies, which are the third party in the process, and the customer has the right to request the tracking number for the shipment.


The order fulfillment and delivery times mentioned on the website and from the staff are estimated times. It may be affected by involuntary factors that are not subject to legal accountability, such as work pressure, bad weather, machinery malfunction, car malfunction, unavailability of required materials, or delay of the carrier in transporting publications.


The first professional packs and sends all prints in good condition, so the customer must make sure that there is no damage that may occur during the transportation process.


The customer is responsible for reviewing his order before sending it and we do not bear any responsibility for any errors made by the customer. Therefore, the first professional has the right to refuse any request for free reprinting, refunds, or discounts for errors made by the client.


Any design that is done by the first professional must be reviewed by the customer. After reviewing and approving its printing, the customer is not entitled to request a refund, free printing, or discounts in case an error appears after printing. Thus, the customer bears the costs of reprinting and modifying the design, if necessary.


It is the customer's responsibility to check the information, colors and sizes before uploading the file to the site, and the customer has no right to demand a reprint or refund in case of an error.


It is not possible to start a new design before receiving the full amount of the design, and any additional modifications to the design require additional amounts that must be paid before starting the modification.

The First Professional uses the latest high-quality color printing machines. The First Professional does not bear any defects or differences in the colors of the prints from the colors in the files or photos.


The First Professional is not responsible for publications. In case of delay in receiving it after a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the request, it will be destroyed.


The First Professional has the right to change prices without any prior notice and this condition does not apply to orders being executed.
